OpenBIs admin workshop

Dear all,

We would like to provide you with some information for the upcoming openBIS admin training on 05.04.2023 at 09:00-12:30.

  1.   openBIS access
    
    In our training we will use this openBIS instance:

ELN interface: https://openbis-training.ethz.ch/openbis/webapp/eln-lims/? Admin interface: https://openbis-training.ethz.ch/openbis/webapp/openbis-ng-ui/

Login credentials will be shortly sent by separate email. We recommend to use Chrome, Safari or Firefox.

Please try to login before the training and let us know as soon as possible if you encounter any issues.

    The material we will use during the training can be found here:

The material contains:

  1. openBIS-admin-tutorial.docx: A tutorial with practical exercises we will do together.
  2. openBIS-admin-training.pdf: slides that will accompany the exercises.
  3. masterdata.xls: masterdata file needed for one of the exercises.
